Yokohama City

Near The Station Posted by Hello

Yokohama City is located about 30 kilometers from Tokyo. Yokohama’s population is approximately 3.5 million, making it the second largest city in Japan.

Yokohama is considered to be part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, which is the world’s largest urban area. The total population of this area exceeds 33 million people (see previous posting.)

Yokohama is a very beautiful city with a lot of places to see, and many things to do. Take a look at Yokohama City’s website to learn more about this great city.

You post some really nice pictures! By the way, how was the quake today? Were you able to feel it?

Hey Spray, I didn’t actually feel the earthquake here. It’s so far away.

I was just watching the news and it looks like it did some moderate damage to houses and buildings in Fukuoka. There is one death being reported, hopefully there won’t be anymore.

Thanks for always visiting my site (even though my writing is so dry and dull!)
